Drawing co signing: After the contract takes effect, our company will notify you in writing to conduct drawing co signing. After you confirm the main technical parameters, design drawings of major components and the entire machine, schematic diagram of the electrical control system, and all supporting parts, our company will resume production.
After signing the contract with your company, we will provide a detailed production schedule for equipment manufacturing within two weeks after the contract takes effect; Within ten days after the contract takes effect, provide equipment foundation drawings, power supply and other materials to your party for preliminary construction purposes.
Notify you in writing of the date of pre acceptance at our factory
Notify your company in writing of the shipment and arrival date
Send personnel to the site for installation, debugging, acceptance, and training matters.
Assist your trial production work
Within 6 months of delivery, if the machine malfunctions or malfunctions during normal use, resulting in a shutdown, a response should be made within 30 minutes of receiving a telex or phone notification, and personnel should arrive within 8 hours. Within one year, arrive at the site for processing within 12 hours (free of charge).
When the machine malfunctions or operates abnormally but does not affect production (i.e. does not cause shutdown), respond within 2 hours of receiving notification and arrive at the site for processing within 12 hours (free of charge).
Within the warranty period: During the warranty period (the warranty period shall not be less than 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the equipment), due to unfamiliar operation, in addition to training at the time of delivery, regular training on operation points and maintenance guidance shall be provided at the factory for 3-6 months after delivery and the last month of the warranty period (free of charge).
After the warranty period expires: Within five years after the warranty period expires, a free and regular self maintenance notice will be sent, and your company will carry out regular maintenance according to the content of the notice. Response within 2 hours after troubleshooting and arrival within 24 hours.
